Most well known for their wildly popular charm bracelets, PANDORA believes every woman has a story to tell. They create modern, hand-finished jewelry that’s affordable to inspire and empower women to express their individuality. The brand wants every woman to celebrate the unforgettable moments that make her who she is.
We first began working with PANDORA in 2012, providing creative design and analytics for their UK commerce site. We currently support their four other European commerce sites, and launched their first US commerce site in 2015. For all sites, we focus on analyzing customer data and behavior across channels to guide business decisions, improve site performance, and personalize marketing and the storefront experience.
In launching the brand’s first US commerce site, we drew heavily upon our knowledge of the European sites to optimize both the desktop and mobile versions. We used all of our insight to enhance customer experience throughout and ensure a smooth rollout in advance of all-important Mother’s Day. Since last year we’ve increased sales by 71% and conversion by 30% on the site. In support of the launch and ongoing marketing, we used our analysis of customer behavior to develop highly targeted and automated email campaigns, tying in both in store and online activities. Through customer acquisition efforts, our team has grown the email subscriber list an average of 8% month over month.
