L'Oréal Luxe presents a unique world of views and philosophies in luxury beauty. The collection encompasses some of the most elegant and refined brands in skin care, makeup, and perfume. These international brands include Lancôme, Kiehl’s Since 1851, Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, Urban Decay, and Clarisonic.
We’ve been managing the storefronts for L'Oréal Luxe brands since 2012. As is warranted for brands of this stature, we create personalized experiences that optimize conversion and revenue while fostering long-term customer relationships. Our work with Urban Decay extends even deeper to inspired eCommerce endeavors, including the award-winning Naked Skin Shade Finder. Customers who use the Shade Finder engage with the site twice as long and spend 22% more per order.
The launch of the Naked Skin liquid foundation was a critical initiative for Urban Decay. To convey the product’s experiential aspects and assist customers with finding their match among 18 shades, we designed and built a fluid and refined eCommerce destination with a built-in guided selling app. We then created a rich media advertising campaign that allowed customers to find their shade from within the expandable units.
Working across L'Oréal Luxe brands, we designed and implemented responsive email templates with dynamic content and segmentation for mobile perfection and maximum adaptability. We also designed a single-page checkout to streamline the entire purchase experience and optimize conversion for Clarisonic.
