Senior Digital Analyst

A Senior Digital Analyst at LiveArea will support our growing digital analytics consulting practice. Our success is measured by how well our clients succeed, and this role will play a key part in identifying opportunities for their business growth. These consulting services include reporting, insights, recommendations, and verifying data integrity to make data understandable and actionable to the end user. The Senior Analyst maintains relationships with numerous clients and is a key representative of the agency's digital analytics practice.

Our clients use a variety of web site data collection tools so while we don't expect candidates to be well versed in all of them, a solid understanding of one tool, either Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or IBM Analytics is required. Experience boiling down large amounts of data into a few key directives for a business team is a must. 

In this position you will

  • Present analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders both client-side and internally 
  • Ensures that not only are client needs met, but follows through with additional recommendations which client might not be aware of by acting on behalf of the client and looking for tracking opportunities that will provide additional insights and actions for improvement
  • Defines technical requirements for improving a client's ability to capture more insight on the customer journey
  • Can do tag validation and create tags in a tag manager with moderate oversight, assisting senior team members with the QA process
  • Identifies opportunities to sell additional analytics strategy services to new and existing clients
  • Identify key trends and opportunities for analytics practice to grow, through knowledge of emerging technology, new strategies for customer insights, etc.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with other LiveArea agency practice owners to help facilitate success of cross-functional initiatives

 

Required skills and experience

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2 - 4 years direct experience in an analytics role 
  • Experience in e-commerce required; consulting and/or digital marketing a plus
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with analytics methods and practices, and how to use data to drive business growth
  • Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and/or IBM Analytics Certification in one of these tools preferred

In this role, you will be managing technical ecommerce SEO projects. Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator at LiveArea manages the successful execution and delivery of projects for our clients. They are responsible for managing the agency workflow and process throughout creation and production of digital work.  The Project Coordinator will have a solid understanding of the functions, processes and production components and will serve as a coordinator and facilitator of LiveArea projects.  They are responsible for the distribution of project tasks and timelines and hold communication lines with both internal and external project stakeholders. The LiveArea Technical Recruiter supports our digital agency business unit. Working out of the LiveArea Seattle office, the Technical Recruiter works to ensure acquisition needs are filled for Seattle, WA, Allen, TX, and UK locations and participates in strategies, initiatives and programs that effectively support the core values and corporate objectives of PFS. This area carries a robust requisition load in the digital agency ecommerce space. Savvy recruiters should have experience with the technical aspects of recruiting candidates for interactive web development, design, project management and other associated roles, strong focus on sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants.

In this position you will

  • Be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; source candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, recruit, review resumes, qualify/interview candidates, recommend initial first round of interviews, and ensure a world-class candidate experience while managing the source-to-offer strategy for each candidate
  • Partner with hiring managers across all departments and locations to ensure a strategy is in place to obtain top talent for technical roles
